These terms govern the current RideNest website, waitlists, forms, and Ralphie assistant. They are not booking or passenger-service terms.
By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to provide, probe its security, or use it to harm another person. A parent or guardian should submit any child-related household information.
A waitlist submission, if successfully received, expresses interest only. It does not reserve a ride, guarantee launch timing or territory, lock in a price, establish priority, or create a transportation contract. Until the site returns a verified receipt, do not rely on a form as received. Driver and partner submissions are applications or inquiries, not offers of employment, approval, or partnership.
Planned features, service areas, eligibility, pricing structures, schedules, driver standards, and launch dates may change as RideNest completes testing and regulatory preparation. RideNest will publish confirmed details before asking anyone to book or pay for a ride.
Ralphie is an AI assistant, not a person. It is for adults and guardians, provides general pre-launch information, and may be incomplete or wrong. It cannot book, confirm, cancel, or change a ride; verify a driver or safety requirement; connect you to a person; or provide emergency help. Do not send contact details or sensitive child information in chat. Call 911 for immediate danger.
Written chats and support messages may be stored and reviewed as described in the Privacy Policy. Before recording or transcribing a confidential telephone or video call, RideNest will give clear notice and obtain affirmative consent from every participant. This policy is not call-time consent. If any participant declines, the call will not be recorded; the participants may continue without recording or use a written channel that is available.
Before carrying passengers, RideNest will verify the operating authority and insurance required for the service and will require each eligible driver to complete the applicable screening, driving-record, training, and child-transport requirements. No statement on this launch site should be read as proof that a future driver, vehicle, route, or ride has already been approved.
RideNest may update, suspend, or correct the launch site without notice. The site is provided for pre-launch information and interest collection, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Links to third-party services are governed by those services' own terms and policies.

If CPUC jurisdiction applies, regulatory passenger concerns may also be directed to the CPUC Passenger Section at 1-800-894-9444 or CIU_intake@cpuc.ca.gov. Verify the official contact when needed. Publishing it does not establish RideNest's classification or operating authority.
